Credit Card Processing Changes
Due to the increasing costs of payment processing, the processor will charge the 2.95% credit card fee to the purchaser beginning on July 1, 2024. This change saves taxpayer dollars and allows the city to not increase fees across the board.

Also on July 1, 2024, the City will be working with a new processor that will charge the 2.95% fee to those paying by credit card. This approach saves increasing fees for everyone and only impacts those who pay with a credit card.

You can pay by eCheck (bank account) through the city’s online payment processor or pay with a physical check instead, and credit card fees will not be charged. To pay using eCheck, you will need your account number and routing number. This information can be found on a check. The City recommends confirming this information with your financial institution before paying.
