FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
SOUTH JORDAN, UT – April 22, 2024 – South Jordan Police Department responded to a bomb threat at Eastlake Elementary earlier this morning. Police and school administration evacuated students and teachers prior to searching the building. With the aid of K9 teams from the Salt Lake valley, officers determined the threat to be not credible. Classroom instruction later resumed its normal schedule.
