The City of South Jordan is committed to enhancing resident experiences by providing convenient and accessible services. In line with this commitment, numerous services are available online. This article aims to inform residents about the benefits of utilizing these online services and encourages feedback to further improve user-friendliness.

Report a Problem & Special Garbage Services

Residents can report issues, such as a fallen street sign or water problems, through the customer connect portal. Setting up a login on the portal now is a great idea, even if you don’t currently have a problem to report. This will streamline the process for future reports. Residents can also request special garbage services or a neighborhood dumpster using the same portal, making it a one-stop solution for addressing concerns.

Rentals & Reservations

Need to rent a space for a family gathering or an event? The City of South Jordan offers convenient online solutions for these needs. The “Field and Park Reservation Request” form allows residents to reserve fields for various activities. Additionally, pavilions can be reserved easily at sjc.activityreg.com, offering an easier way to plan outdoor events.

Utility Billing

Managing utility services has never been easier with the numerous tasks you can do online—filling out a new utility application, setting up auto pay, setting up occupant billing, and more.

Activity & Sports Registration

Engaging in city activities, sports, or art classes is just a few clicks away. Residents can register for athletic programs, events, art classes, and more at sjc.activityreg.com. This online platform simplifies the registration process, allowing individuals and families to explore and sign up for a variety of enriching activities conveniently from their devices.

By embracing online platforms for reporting problems, reserving spaces, managing utility billing, and registering for activities, residents can save time and effort. The city encourages everyone to explore these online services, use them regularly, and provide feedback to contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience. Together, we can make city services more efficient, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all.
