After the Report is Submitted
- After completing your report, it will be forwarded to the South Jordan Police Department for review. You will also receive a temporary case number for your records.
- You may be notified by email if any further information is needed prior to your report being approved.
- Upon approval of your submission, you will receive an email advising that your approved report has been issued an official case number.
Supplemental Reports
Follow-up reports are also accepted online. Simply mention you have additional information for a previous case number, and the system will link your follow-up to the original. Digital evidence, such as photos, videos, or documents, may be added to online reports.
